VILLA SERENA, MIAMI, FLORIDA

A NEW VISION FOR A DISTINCTIVE
HOME

A new experience of living at Coconut Grove, Miami.

Villa Serena is a carefully considered renovation that reimagines an existing residence through a contemporary lens while respecting the character of its Coconut Grove setting. Rather than simply transforming the existing structure, the project is approached as an opportunity to create a more refined, cohesive, and purposeful living environment.
The renovation brings together architectural refinement, thoughtful design, and carefully executed craftsmanship to enhance the experience of the home. Every intervention is considered in relation to the existing architecture, the surrounding environment, and the way the residence is meant to be lived.

The result is a sophisticated transformation that brings contemporary elegance to an established home while preserving its sense of character and individuality. Villa Serena reflects Ronoya’s approach to renovation: respecting what exists, refining what matters, and creating something distinctly new.
